Ever since its establishment in 1982, Wai Lee Toys Factory Ltd has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing quality stuffed toys as well as all kinds of sewing products including cushions, play mats, baby products, costumes, dolls' clothing, gifts and premiums. Upon request of our customers, all of our products comply with either ASTM or CE safety norm.
On the mainland we have altogether three plants which are located at Pan Yu and Nanhai of the Guangdong province, and the third one at Hunan . The plants spread over 18,000 sqm and employ as many as 2,500 workers, all of them are skillful and well protected by the national labor regulations. Our plants are well equipped with advanced machineries which include 1,450 sets of sewing machines, 4 sets of metal detectors (tunnel type), 4 sets of metal detectors (flat top type), 2 sets of UV sterilization machines, 13 sets of die-cut machines and 1 set of cotton blowing machine.
Consistently we pursue the principle of "Being the Best" by guaranteeing best quality, on-time delivery, efficient communication and competitive pricing. Upon receipt of a design draft or concept, our prototype team shall provide professional sample making service at the soonest possibility. A team of efficient project coordinators shall meanwhile stand by for any quotation requests and anything happened ever since the start of product development to its shipment. There should be no room for problems left unsolved to our customers. On the other hand, our strong base of production as well as our quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) units should all help to perfect every single project we handle.
